Public hearing on proposed redistricting maps postponed to Monday – Welcome to the City of Fort Worth

Due to inclement weather, the public hearing to receive comments on the selected redistricting maps – originally scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday February 24 – has been postponed.
the new meeting information: 6 p.m. Monday, February 28in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 Texas St.
Residents have the option of speaking at the meeting in person or by phone, but prior registration is required. Pre-registration must be received no later than two hours prior to the posted start time of the public hearing.
You can register:
- Online using the speaker card. To register online, click on the agenda of the meeting date; open the document, then click Speaker/Comment card.
- Call the City Clerk’s office at 817-392-6150.
- Fill out a speaker card in person at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall no later than two hours before the status of the meeting.
Watch the meeting live on Fort Worth TV, online or on TV. You can also watch the meeting through Fort Worth TV’s video library and on the city’s YouTube channel.
On Tuesday, March 1, the municipal council will hold a special working session for the drawing of the redistricting plan, immediately after the regular council working session scheduled for 1 p.m.
