The FJCCI urges the CM to regularize buildings without plans

JCCBI officials under the leadership of Dr. Mahua Maji, MP for Rajya Sabha and Chairman of Policy Coordinating Committee of Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industry, met with Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday. The members urged the CM to take the initiative to regularize buildings without a plan. They said it would benefit thousands of people in the state. The CM’s assurance in this regard was positive. He said the government is paying special attention to the development of cities as well as rural areas.

MP Rajya Sabha told the CM that the shops constructed in many buildings are the main source of income for the owners of the buildings. The livelihood of laborers, laborers and women working in the store is also tied to the stores operated here and the state government also derives revenue from the activities carried out from here. At the same time, thousands of residential property owners across the state will be relieved. Considering the aforementioned difficulties, illegal structures have been regulated as part of practical policy in various states across the country. If the state government also intervenes in this matter soon, then surely a permanent solution to this problem is possible.

On this occasion, the members of the JCCBI told the CM that the Jharkhand Chamber will cooperate fully in promoting the government’s policy of providing free 5 units of electricity for planting a tree in order to protect the environment and keep cities green. It will be run by the House as a campaign. On this occasion, the secretary of the chief minister Vinay Kumar Choubey and the president of the FJCCI Kishor Mantri and other members were present.
